Spacious room, convenient kitchen, our stay was enhanced by the warm atmosphere and delicious breakfast options, making it easy to feel at home and convenient to explore the area, especially with the nearby Bradley International Airport.

Spacious Queen Studio with a handy sofa bed to stretch out on. Convenient proximity to local attractions in the Hartford area made it easy to get around quickly.

Breakfast area too cramped for the number of guests, causing long waits for clean plates and food replenishment. The toilet height felt much too low, not ideal for comfort. An item I reported left behind went missing, which seemed odd for something so brightly colored.

i thought i was staying at a upscale hotel, not a budget motel. the toilet in my room was waaaay too low, talk about discomfort. on top of that, my request for a room upgrade was blatantly ignored, like i wasn’t even worth the effort. next time, i’ll take my business elsewhere—just couldn’t give a good review this time.

The Residence Inn Hartford Rocky Hill features a remarkable staff, especially Ms. Vershane, who exemplified professionalism and kindness. The rooms were clean and spacious with well-equipped kitchenettes. I appreciated the excellent breakfast options and complimentary evening social receptions.

Staying here was a nice experience! The room was super spacious with a handy kitchen, which made cooking meals easy. Plus, the staff was really friendly. I even got a fresh salad made for me when I asked about veggies! The only thing is the noise from nearby traffic was a bit distracting at night.

It was just a great fit for a fleeting moment in Rocky Hill with great value-to-price ratio. The indoor pool was perfect for keeping my kids entertained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Make sure to check the pool hours before planning your visit.

Family friendly place with a few quirks

The evening social was a nice surprise with complimentary drinks , which made relaxing in the lobby enjoyable. Plus , the staff really went the extra mile, remembering my family's names and making sure we had what we needed without asking.

Good place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and cookware provided. I still remember how the staff helped me print documents during my first stay. Make sure to enjoy the Monday-Wednesday socials! I'll be back for a holiday.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and super comfy. The kitchen setup made it easy to cook what we needed. Loved the dining table area for meals. The decor felt modern and fresh. The only downside was the lack of brightness in the bathroom area, which could use an update.

The location was ideal, about 15 minutes from Wesleyan University, with a well-maintained fitness center and a refreshing indoor pool.
